Guest RB260Z
Hello to everyone, Obviously i'am new to this list and to the z crowd, i just recently purchased a 74' 260z. I've been having thoughts of doing a rb26dett into my 260... I know you guys have probably been asked this question so many times before, but i was wondering if anyone can give me a push in the right direction regarding the rb26 swap. My main concern for this swap is, mainly the motor mounts, transmission type, flywheel type, transmission x-member, oil pan clearance, etc, etc... I know of 3 members that have done or is in the process of doing an RB conversion (stony, brad, nguyen) I want to know my options about these things like where to get the motor mounts, oil pan, and who to buy it from, or who even has them... Any kind of help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Jason

Bob_H
Jason, Not to beat a dead horse, but you really need to do some searching before asking more questions. As of late, there have been a deluge of newbies asking simple questions that have been well covered in the past. I point you to this post: http://www.hybridz.org/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=24172 As it was said before, everything you have asked is covered more than once in this forum alone. Good luck searching. -Bob
