jonzer12
First step, buy "Maximum Bootst" written by Corky Bell. Its the equivalent of the bible for FI freaks, you won't regret it. If you are going to attempt a turbo project make sure YOU know whats going on. Trial and error with a turbo setup can be very destructive, I have seen the results. That said I am sure a pure chevy equivalent of hybridz.org could answer most of your questions. Unfortunately I am not familiar with any. I am not at all knowledgable about FI but I would suggest finding a "proven" turbo setup for the SBC and just copying it best as you can. Good Luck and keep us posted. Thats all I can offer, sorry. Guest 327zxer
would it be possible to use a carb with a turbo. cause I have had to many problems with FI and I just don't like it anymore.
BRAD D
you can use a carb but it is not as good as EFI on a turbo set up, you dont have all the settings you can play with. "Maximum Boost" will also show you how to do carb set up, draw through or blow through.
Heavy Z
Check this rayjay setup I posted a while back, it works with a carb, and someone on this site said this turbo was an upgrade available for the old Scarab Z: http://www.hybridz.org/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=22848&highlight=rayjay

Guest 327zxer
I think I will use a small supercharger instead of a turbo cause they seem to be alot less complicated.
