I have always had good shipping time, but am also VERY impressed with the on the phone service. It is friendly, courteous, and very efficient. I usually just do the on-line ordering, but this time I had to ge part numbers for stuff not listed in the catalogue. Wonderful service and a pleasure to do business with.
