72zcar
72z w/ 350 chevy and edelbrock 600. I was adjusting my carb with a vucuum gauge and noticed there is a difference of vacumm in the two nipples coming out the front of the carb. The one on the drivers side has vacuum at idle and all the time while the on on the passanger side has no vacuum at idle but does if I rev the motor a bit. Is this normal? And if this is normal which one goes to my distributor and which to my th-350 tranny? hmmm, thanks, bob
dmyntti
One of the ports is manifold vacuum and the other is timed vacuum for the distributor.
72zcar
ok thanks don, so does this mean the nip on the passanger side that has no (or little) vacumm at idle but comes up with rpm goes to the distributor?
