Kimi
I tried the search-function but didn't find the answer for my question. Is there any differences between MSA and VB headlight covers for the 240Z?
Kimi
Ok, maybe this was a stupid question What I meant is that is there any differences regarding the installation of the covers Do the both requiry drilling or is there any other way to install them? Tim240z
The MSA covers (and likely the VB ones too) can be mounted via double sided tape, or you can drill into the buckets in three places. I decided to drill mine....don't want the covers to come flying off at 200 MPH
CruxGNZ
Actually, I think there is a difference. I'm not sure if both companies get thier headlight covers from the same company and there was a design change or what, but some headlight covers use 3 fasteners and some use 4 fasteners to attatch to the headlight bucket. !M! vashonz
I have a set that uses one fastener at the leading edge, besides that it has 2 plastic prongs that insert into where the headlight adajustment scews are.
