Guest thinkmonkey
Man, I've been out of touch with you guys. I was wondering if any company was selling full coilovers for our 1st gen Z's yet here in the US? Not the sleeve type with strut cartridges, full coilovers with shock and rebound settings plus ride height, something that usually costs $1000+. Thanks. -David
240Z_Master
I don't know what type the modern motorsports one is but that seems to be a popular one here on Hybrid. I'm sure Ross could help you out.
CruxGNZ
You talking about getting rid of the struts and going with a different suspension design? I think John C. did something similar to this, but I may be wrong. !M!
Guest ON3GO
I think Bilstein is what John C has.. mike
ToplessZ
Actually Im pretty sure that johnc is running a penske setup. Either of these options will run you between 3 and 6 thousand dollars. I think spirit garage has a good option but they are in japan. I would like to look into importing their setup myself.
Guest ON3GO
oh i think your right. maybe Allen H-SH30 or whatever his name is is running what i said.. either or both setups will be mega money. ill keep you guys posted on a setup my and my friend are looking into. he bought a striped 280Z shell and has his 240sx Tein coilover setup out of his S13 so we are gonna look into how we can make the tein fit if its do-able. mike
