brake and fuel hardlines

Hey whats up guys. I have a question concerning the brake and fuel hardlines. I am concerned about the condition of my brake and fuel lines. I am wondering if can replace them with s.s. braided lines through out my entire car. Is this worthwhile? or should I go out and buy a roll of aluminum hard line and bend it to my liking?

The brakes move in relation to the chasis. SS flex is the only way to go. Hardline would last about 5 minutes.

Maybe I misunderstood you. To replace the brake likes you must use steel and double flair all connections. Replace the old rubber flex lines with SS flex. Fuel line can be alum.

No. You need hard lines throughout the chassis and you can use SS tubing for this. Braided steel lines throughout the car would flex too much and braking would be unpredictable.

Hello JohnC, thanks, I was worried about something like that. Would hardlines be the choice for the fuel lines or can I go to s.s. for that? Thanks again for the replies, I dont know where I'd be without this great site. Cheers.
