Will MT ET STREETS FIT?

Recommended Posts

Will MT ET Street 26X10.5X15 on a 7inch Weld Drag Lite fit on a 75Z

with Stock Suspension tires will only be used at the drag. Not sure

what the back spacing is but there is 4 inches from the backside of the

center hub to the lip of the rim

Thanks

I run 26x9.5x16 QTP DOT with coilovers on my 240 and they are fairly tight in the wheelwell. You are trying to go 1 inch wider with stock springs. I don't think that they will go, but I have no proof that they won't fit.

Maybe someone here's been down this road. Good luck, Eh!

M/T recommends a 8.5" rim so that's against you. I did see M/T's on a Z at a SE Z drags but did not get into specifics like coil overs, etc. I'm looking at their Indy S/S tire, a G60 (1/2" taller and .4" more tread than 235) for a 6"-8" rim.

Thats 3.5" of backspacing if I'm not mistaken. On a seven inch wheel the entire rim (bead to bead is 8") (.5" of space for each bead) Subtract .5" from the four inch you measured and walla 3.5" of backspacing. Plus take into account the thickness of the metal on the hub of the wheel (probably .5") giving you a centerline wheel ("0" offset)

I'm not sure how your going to fit that tire on the wheel, its 2.5" wider than the entire wheel.
