Using 1st GEN Camaro/Firebird Rotor/Hub on a 1st GEN Z Car??

Recommended Posts

Taken from another post, but I didn't want to highjack that topic.

i heard way back that a old firechicken / camaro hub had the same bearings as a Z.

its possible you could use that front hub and then make brakes around it.

5 on 5 stuff is cheap as its the same as late model stock car setups

I have heard about using a 1st GEN F-Body (Camaro/Firebird) rotor/hub on 1st GEN Z's, they use the same bearing and just bolt on without any other mods. You still have to figure out what to do about calipers, but that's easy enough.

Does anyone else have anymore input on this?
