Z Wins by 1 1/2 cars Race #4 from a Stop. Z Wins by 4 1/2 cars All roll races were done in 3rd gear. i had a extra passenger, S2000 was alone. Boost was upped to almost 8psi. Ole Blue Z VS 350Z Race #1 from a Stop. 280Z wins by 4 cars Race #2 from 2nd gear punch. 280Z wins by 3 cars. Ole Blue Z VS 2003 Ford Lightning Went from a 45mph punch. Z wins by a fender. older man with his son (around 16 years old). i had the same passenger. The guys exact words "what the hell do you have in that thing!" guy said he had some work done to it but not much.. that sucker sounded AWESOME! Then I drove the S2000 VS 350Z Raced from a stop (man there hard to launch) and got the 350Z by a car or so. from a roll it was sad, put a car or 2 on the 350Z everytime. S2000 is a nice car, tranny is sooooo sweet, just needs some more power. all in all i had some fun! i got it all on video too! i just dont know how/cant put it on the computer mike Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Z has like twice as much torque, 45 more hp, but it does weigh 600lbs more. Still.... though not always the best reference for accuracy, I do believe every magazine test out there has put a stock 350 faster than a stock s2000. Guest ON3GO Posted September 9, 2004 Share Posted September 9, 2004 Alex Costa has the Hulk.. motor was on its way to being done but that damn storm came to florida... i havent heard a thing yet, im not even sure if my car is fine or not. all i know is if it is fine which im sure it is the car is receiving a fully built motor witha rather large snail on it and a nice BIG cam. should be fun, now all i need is nitrous and the hulks motor will be 100% done. atleast i say that now. but about the S2000 beating the 350Z... i was driving the S2000 and beat that Z bad.. bad enough i think. the 350Z guy could drive, but that S2000 pulls pretty good when its in its powerband and also the gearing is awesome. also i was beating the SH!T out of the S2000 when we were racing. speed shifting every gear and not showing any mercy! mike Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
