Okay

Could someone look at my photo album of the 2 project 240z's I have there and tell me from what they see there does it look restorable? I plan to use only sheet metal to replace all rust. I know you cant know the whole story from the pictures but just based off of what you see there any advice would be awesome

the red one the floor boards are rusted.

I will take more soon. Hey do you think the rust spots on the roof will be hard to remove? I figure if I find a good body shop they should be able to sort that out eh?

what about the red one? No I can't tell if there has been bondo or not.

The red one the sheet metal on the exterior is in bad condition but I have a source to get all original sheet metal brand new for the z's. Im more worried about rust to the frame but I have not seen it yet to know for sure.

I have a deal where the guy will sale both for 1,000.

floor boards are a judgement call. Just because they are rusted dosent mean they are rusted through, mine looked like they were gonners for sure when i bought the car, after a lil work with a grinder and a wire wheel its obvious they only had surface rust!. make sure you poke around with a screwdriver!

There is a place in canada that sales new floor boards for the z's so I wasn't to concerned. I was going to bring a ramp and push the cars up on that and have a good look under neath. The guy said he doesn't mind and my best friend is a mechanic so we are going to give this thing the once over.

Should go to see them in about two weeks. Will take more pics and post them.
