icesky
I am not sure if anyone has done this before but I am in the progress of making veneer coated interior parts. I am using birch veneer and when I get into clear coating my parts they turn out to have a yellow tint. Is there any way to avoid this and get it more natural looking? I am using a transtar Clear coat. Thanks
gnosez
I'm not at home so I can't look up the references on the right finish, but do a google search under woodworking and there are several great sites that will have all the info you need. I assume you are vacuum bonding the veneer to the sub-surface pieces. Which set-up are you using?
