Xander
Is there anyone here that is thinking of building his own dyno? I found some company's that makes the electronics and software for a home made inertia based dyno. It looks really easy. Here are the links. http://freespace.virgin.net/dyno.power/ http://www.angelfire.com/linux/dyno46/products.html#Top http://www.sportdevices.com/ some more good reading: http://www.dynamometer.fsnet.co.uk/inertia-inertial-or-brake-dyno.htm This little excel program lets you calculate roller diameter and the approximate time of a run. http://www.sportdevices.com/download/rollerssheet2.xls I think that in the end you can have your own dyno for about 2000 dollars. hmmmm... this sure is something to think about over christmas.
