jaime240z
After nearly 2 years of being parked in storage I finally brought my Z home today. Man it feels good! Now I can start wrenching again. What's funny is I just put some gas in the tank, aired up the tires, and she started right up ( with the battery charged of course ) and she did great the entire 35 miles home. Even a little rain couldn't stop me today. However, I know the wiper motor swap has now moved closer to the top of my list! A little surface rust of the only difference now from when I parked her, but the paint needed to be renewed anyway! Look out toolbox cause here I come!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pop N Wood
Make sure you change the oil ASAP. It can pick up quite a bit of moisture when sitting for any length of time. Hope to bring my Z out of storage this spring. Don't even care about the swap right now. Just want to drive it again.
jaime240z
Hey thanks! I was going to try to change the oil before the drive but I was starting to rain and I would have had to do it in a parking lot:| I'm just glad to have the car in my garage so I can start...or is it continue....I know it's probably not finish....working on it again!
