It's almost as funny as the law suit against McDonalds, when some stupid person wasn't smart enough to figure out that hot coffee is HOT and tried sueing McDonalds based on their own ignorance. He fell 80ft - yet somehow managed to not succumb to natural (de)selection. Now his genius father is suing the city and the owners of the garage.
