Guest ON3GO
okay since the Z is being painted and will be all apart im trying to thing what else i should do to it. like little things that will make it stand out better and look sharper. might do some fiberglass things like mold speakers in the rear hatch and etc. do some custom lighting stuff inside the car. polish tid-bits here and there. think i should install more gauges outside the car? like move the boost gauge and put another gauge out there on the cowl.. car is only going to sport one seat which is a sparco, and i dont know if i should put the nitrous bottle in the back or where the passenger seat would be. same with the Battery. and the Microtech ecu unit. the car is being painted Laguna Seca Blue with a stripe (sorta) in BMW steel grey. think i should paint the dash the grey? the interior metal will either be the grey or a gloss black. what would you guys pic? i have other ideas but thats okay for now.. any ideas you ppl have wont be turned down without a thought. im open to ideas. mike
fl327
carbon fiber everywhere. Hook up your shift light so that every light in the dash goes off with the shift light. I wish someone would make a 5" boost guage/tach combo deal, or just a 5" boost guage, whats a speedo anyway?

john kosmatka
undercoating will be redone. mike Have fun with that, expect to have around 10hrs at least in that if not 30... I used a torch and a scrapper, laquer thinner and a scrapper also works, but either way its a big pita.
Guest 81na ZX
think i should install more gauges outside the car?like move the boost gauge and put another gauge out there on the cowl.. I don't like external gauges, but if you want them, get like mechanical oil pressure and fuel pressure. They are illegal to put in the car cause if they fail you have super hot fluids spewing on you But they are lot cheaper then electric ones (esp. fuel press)

Sparks280zt
mike are the gauges that you mount on the cowl special? or are they just normal gauges, i mean they arent some special all weather stuff are they?
