Noob question... sorry

The MAF or AFM (one in the same) don't really seem to like a 'blow through' type setup, where it would be reading pressurized air from the turbo. In a hot wire type afm (found in 300zx's) the heated(pressurized) air doesn't give a clear reading, and also kills the turbos because the were calibrated. So air has to be pulled through, hense being mounted before the turbo inlet.

This makes sense and I agree with you.. BUT.. ever seen that turbo kit you can buy for a 350z that they advertise in magazines? It locates the MAF after the turbo..
