midnightzxt Posted April 28, 2005 Share Posted April 28, 2005 ok, here's the deal, when i turn the ignition on, but not cranking, the pump goes through its priming stage. THEN, the fidle/spark green light lights up and stays on, which is taking the voltage away from the fidle wire. NOTE: this is the "extra" code. if you let the car sit for 10 seconds, is the only green light on the fidle/spark light? this is without the middle led on, meaning no dizzy signal. midnightzxt Posted April 30, 2005 Author Share Posted April 30, 2005 click on the megasquirt install guide and then click the link to the megasquirt homepage and read but to answer your question: FIDLE is the "fast idle" that is part of the megasquirt programming for cold starts.
