Owen Posted May 13, 2005 Share Posted May 13, 2005 Hey owen i was wondering if the dash cap from msa will cover a gouge that is 1/4 inch wide and sticks about an 1/8 of an inch up (plastic warped) to installt he cap i would simply sand the plastic flat? Thanks! The width should be no problem to cover, and as you said, just sand the plastic flat. The cover doesn't fit snugly out of the box anyway, I had to trim some of the openings for the AC ducts, glue it and then hold it down til it dried.
