tsumner Posted October 2, 2002 Share Posted October 2, 2002 I saw an 87 omni for sale today it seams to be rust free and the interior is perfect. The seller is asking $1200. I'm thinking of picking it up to use as a winter car. Does any one have any experiance with these cars? I think the odometer only read 54,000 miles. Pull A turbo 3 motor out of something like a spirit R/T and drop it in the omni and with basically no modifactions other than a boost bleed for a few extra pounds of boost and you've got instant 11's...and one hell of a sleeper too!
