naplesZ
I have been having problems with my altima back in the states. My mom has been keeping it for me the past couple of years and it has had an issue with it stalling. I was hoping some one might have a clue as to what is wrong. Basically what happens is the car runs fine then all of a sudden it starts jerking and then it just dies. You pull over and let it sit for a couple of minutes and it starts back up and runs fine. It may run good for a couple of weeks and then out of no were it does it again. I've had it taken to the shop a couple of times and one guy even told them that the valves were bent. So my step dad and a friend to the head if and everything looked good. About 6 months ago I spent about 500. on a new fuel pump and some other junk but the problem still keeps happening. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Sparky
similar problem on my old sentra, turned out to be the maf. could it not also be an overheating ignition module?
naplesZ
Thanks , I was thinking it might be one of the sensor's.
