Fine, medium or rough honing stones?

I am going to buy a honing-tool today, to hone my turbo-block a bit since I am installing new forged pistons.

I have to buy the honing-stones separate. I can either get 120 grit(Rough), 180 grit(medium) or 280 grit(Fine).

What should I get?

Now machine shops are using what is called a "platue"(sp?) stone. I think it is even finer than a 500 grit. Basically from what I understand there is very very little break in time for the rings with this stone.

And ya none of those stones you mentioned are even close to what should be used. I would also recommend atleast a 400 grit stone.
