Guest comeandzpa
So we got our first major snowfall of the year here in good ol' western PA..... 7 inches in all. Naturally, I was a slacker in ordering my wheel spacers, which I need b/c my winter tires are mounted on my new rims . So, my loving mother decided that I was not to drive until the roads were clear. (My dad, on the other hand, came w/ me to do donuts in the Ames parking lot). I had to get my Z out of our driveway so that I could clear the snow away from my parking spot. I decided that I would drive around the block to put it back IN the driveway....I managed to get about 30 yards down my un-plowed street until I got stuck , and had to turn around to get back home....my mom is still laughing and yelling "I told you so". If you plan on bringing your Z to PA anytime until May, I suggest that you bring some snow tires and sand, or bring something w/ 4WD!! rags
Hahaha!! Except for the snow shoes, that was my wardrobe this morning when I cleaned the driveway of the last of the storm! Joe
Guest Anonymous
Humidity in the South, smog in LA, snow in Pa, I will suffer the rain and overcast in the Pacific Northwest and try to remember what the sun looks like. You can observe the sun strait on with out blinking.
Tim240z
smog in LA that is the biggest reason I paid 40% more to buy a house at the coast!!!....no (or at least very little) smog around here!!I went to the Historic races at SIR a couple of years ago (my Dad was running a '71 CanAm McClaren), and the weather there was dreadful (July). All four seasons in one day....How the hell do you guys plan your day's wardrobe! Tim
