DatsunBoy77
Does anyone know a the part number on the needle bearings on the top hats of coilovers. i believe mine are ground control and the outside diameter is close to 1.5". I only set i had laying around were some timken's but they were .25" to big. I work at an auto parts store so I can pretty much cross over any part number and get it so any brand will be much appreciated. I am going to see If i can go through the cataolgs and see if they have the needle bearings and washers by size.. Thanks Ryan
2126
Why not just get them from GC and save yourself the trouble?
DatsunBoy77
I am probably going to go that route, It is just that my setup is a really old version that I know they don't use anymore.... I have been looking online and I may have found them, but I have to get the one i have out and do some more measurements.....
PeterZ
If you want to order by the dimensions try the McMaster-Carr catalog or, better yet, the MSC catalog (mscdirect.com) and look under power transmission/thrust washer. They have lots of fun stuff. Installing a barrier ring around the bearings helps the assembly live longer too.
