On the back just take off the wheel and take off the caliper. Then you will probably have to give the old rotor a good whack from behind with a mallet to get it free. The front rotors are a little more difficult. First take off the wheel and caliper. Then use a screwdriver to pry off the dust cap. Remove the cotter pin, remove the adjusting cap, remove the wheel bearing nut and washer, remove the outer wheel bearing, and then remove the hub and rotor assembly. Then if your replacing the rotor remove the bolts that attach the rotor to the hub. Then give the hub a tap with your trusty hammer along its outer edge and use a couple of screwdrivers to pry the rotor away from the hub. It wouldn't hurt to use some penetrating oil there. When you put the new rotor on the hub make sure you tighten the bolts in a crisscross pattern. Now all you have to do is repack the wheel bearing and put everything back together. Hope that helps, and go buy a Haynes Manual for gods sake.
