Guest turdbo
well i purchased a 1975 280z about a year ago...and havent really did anything to it for about a year..it doesnt run..and the body was in bad shape..so i take off the front fenders and find the the passenger side front clip has been wrecked right about where the wheel is but the fender has been replaced...i dont know if the car drives stright because i never drove it but...the passenger side door scrapes the top door frame...and parallel from the wreck on the driver side the body looks as it has been cracked almost like it was spread open..the crack goes across the piece that is between the hatch and the little side window...i was thinking about gutting the car and taking it to a body shop to fix the wrecked part and strightening the frame...or should i just buy a new z and start over? Cruez
If that crack near the hatch window is up on top of the roof, that is a seam that is on all of them. I think they are leaded. I have seen quite a few with that 2 inch or so crack on both sides.
