240playtoy
I wasn't happy with the idea of having to use "alternative" locations for gauges, so I got some digital gauges and chopped them up then doubled them up in the original gauge housing. Here's half the finished task (water temp and oil pressure done), voltage and fuel level are nearly done. Pics of them off and on. what do you think? Cruez
I liked the digital gauges when I put them in the car back in '91 ... with two not so good traits.... the dual gauges (which you have seemed to have fixed) and no indicators for the turn signals, high beams or brake warning light. I just recently sold my digital gauges and put the speedhut EL overlays on the originals.. Nice work BTW...
240playtoy
I'm just doing the pods in digital. I got the speedhut EL overlays for the speedo and tach and am now wondering if I should replace the clock with anything as it will probably look out of place.
