Lurch2461
I have a Dual Stage Throttle Body on my L28ET import motor. It has a 38mm primary & 41mm secondary, one above the other. Does anyone know it's origins or if it would be better or worse than a single of any diameter? Dennis in Oz
EZ-E
If you do a for Tony D, he has replied to a post on this throttle body before.

Tony D
Japan. It came from Japan. The staged throttle bodies were stock in Japan, for the tip in response the marketthere demanded. It also allows for better fuel economy via throttle position and manifold vacuum advantages. You need to learn how to search more efficiently. It doesn't mean looking through 20 pages, it means selecting your keywords carefully! I know I answered it before, and there are photos posted! Tony D
Lurch, how far down in the post did you go with reading? Did you get to the very end to see the other photos, and not the Diesel Manifold? On left, 38/41 from L28E, on right, something like 26/38 from L20E
Lurch2461
Sorry, saw these pics, but took it in a different perspective. I haven't taken mine off the manifold yet, so I wasn't considering them from this view. Thanks.
