Turbo280Z Posted March 15, 2006 Share Posted March 15, 2006 ok heres what i been thinkin of. in my 280zt im thinking of a another swap to build up. i really want a rb26 but theres a lot of complications with it. so i decided to get a 7mgte or 2jzgte. which swap would be more realistic and still have room in the engine bay to mod it up? Guest scottiedawg66 Posted March 27, 2006 Share Posted March 27, 2006 do a 1jzgte, they are about $2000 for a front clip, and they are basically the same as a 2j, just .5 less liters of displacement. 7000rpm redline, 280 hp stock, great powerband.
