MIBPreacher
While I plan on purchasing the tranny this weekend, I wonder if I can install some of the other parts and have it ready for when I get the opportunity later on. I was thinking maybe do the pedal swap and install the clutch cylinder and the line so that when the time comes, everything will be down there already. I plan on building cinderblock ramps to gain more clearance. Just seeking any input I can get. Thanks Rick
BLOZ UP
Do you have the MT ECU? Driveshaft?
Dave88SS
you don't need the ECU. Off the top of my head: Pull out the old tranny & driveshaft, swap the pedals, install the clutch master/slave/lines, figure out your wiring for the neutral switch & reverse lights, put on the clutch/pressure plate. You need to change the input shaft bushing as well I believe. Basically everything besides putting the new transmission & driveshaft in.
