award280
I've got a small annoying problem with my stock '82 turbo. When I let off the throttle, the engine will bog a little bit before coming back up to idle. It usually isnt a problem, but when driving at slow speeds, such as in parking lots, it can bog enough to kill the engine. The car idles fine otherwise. If anyone can point me in the right direction to start to troubleshoot this problem. I'm going to be changing out fuel lines, filters, ect... this weekend, and would like to see if I can get this taken care of. Thanks in advance. racerx260
check your timing, if it is too retarded it could do that. Also check and be sure that the throtle body is clean. if there is any buildup around the throtle plate it does not let the air around it it let the car idle with the throtle closed.
