Wheeler Posted April 28, 2006 Share Posted April 28, 2006 Is any of the parts from a 1992 turbo (twin turbo settup) interchangable with a stock 81 turbo. I would like to either just use the 92 turbo (in my 81zxt l28 engine) or use the center section of the 92 turbo and put that in to the 81 turbo so I can have water cooling as well as oil. SR240Z Posted April 28, 2006 Share Posted April 28, 2006 the 300zxtt turbos are T25 not T3 like the stock turbo you have on your engine, you will be better off getting a T3 turbo off of a Z31 300zx Turbo.
