Datsun350Z
I'm looking into extra stiffness and support for my convertible without adding loads of extra weight. Any ideas / products / Places you welded pieces of an old bedframe to? I know there are a lot of products for Z stiffness, but i'm looking specifically for ones that support where the lack of a roof leaves me weak. I've got some support (Rollbar etc.) But I want more. 2126
You might consider the addition of a tube brace from the main hoop forward to the chassis. This would triagulate the weaker door opening area. Getting in and out of the seat will likely be more difficult however!
Pop N Wood
Do a search on convertible. There is a place in CA that made a Z convertible kit and sold bolt in subframe connectors. Looked like a good product.
