Plus you may be able to tell me something extra... When did they start/Or what years of SBC's have roller cams and lifters, not flat tapped cams and lifters??? fastzcars Posted August 16, 2006 Share Posted August 16, 2006 spdsk8r My 91 truck motor had flat tappit lifters My block has the one piece rear main seal and the flat tappet cam, but when I opened her up it had the bosses for the the factory roller cam retainer spider setup.
