Guest psychrage Posted August 21, 2006 Share Posted August 21, 2006 hey guys rewiring my 71 Z. my ignition switch has the 5 wire plug which is hooked up fine(so far), but then its got 2 black wires with a male plug. In looking at a picture of an ignition on ebay, i noticed a red wire with male plug on the ignition, couldn't see the 2nd. Coming from the dash i've got a red and a green(i think) with a female plug. My question is, what are the 2 wires coming from the ignition and are they supposed to be red/green? I can get pictures, as i'm not the best at explaining stuff.
