2003z
Want to add a cam while I am changing out the pistons, but I have never done head work and it seems more complicated than I want.
TimZ
Want to add a cam while I am changing out the pistons, but I have never done head work and it seems more complicated than I want. Isn't Sunbelt around there somewhere?

bubbleguinea
other option is Advanced Machine in Kennesaw GA.... they used to work on Z car engines- i told them i got a P90 head and the first thing he said was are you going to shave it 2mm and shim the towers needless to say, its up there right now... they arent in the phone book, its a really small shop, kinda word of mouth buisness only... talk to Jim. 770-974-8581 id reasearch both shops, warren knows his shops real well too Sunbelt is also in atlanta, but Steve Knootz works at Atlanta Racing, they work on Z cars.... talk to steve- 404-299-8100 tell him andrew sent you if all you are doing is installing a cam, id bet atlanta racing is your best bet---

roger280zx
Also try Eagle in Auburn, Ga. I don't have there # but they built my friends 2JZ and when they finished they told him it was safe to 9,500 rpm on boost and spray. He also just dyno'd 4 digits at the rear wheels, yes that's 1000+ rwhp.
OlderThanMe
Does E-radatz do motors? I am guessing not but the PO of my car said they rebuilt my motor...but he also said it had dual webers but it has SUs...lol
katman
Eddie Radatz assembles motors, but he uses Goza in downtown Acworth for the machine work. Another alternative if you're in the northwest.
2003z
I'm in Loganville, clear on the other side of town. I've actually decided to have a friend who owns a 350z/G35 shop assemble it for me. Its Forged Performance in Marietta. Its a lot simpler then a 350z head, thats for sure. 2003z
I'm trying to keep the budget small but things keep adding up. I'm using Nissan Motorsports pistons Arizona 4 bbl intake / Holley 390 (want to try something different) MSA stage 2 cam kit probably: Pertronix ingnitor and coil.
