veritech-z
Those look pretty much just like the wheel covers I had on my 77 280z, I think the center section is supposed to be that aluminum finish wheel color. I don't think I have any pictures of those on my car, I ditched them pretty quickly, but I'll look when I get home.
Phantom
I concurr. They should be silver, not off-white. I sold my original hubcaps off my '77 several years ago. They came with the car but not on it so I don't have any photos of them on the car.
gearheadstik
I had the same ones on my 78 280z...orig silver but over the years it seems the paint oxidized its way off to leave the off white colored plastic...this is a pic back in the day...kinda hard to tell the color
sone
so then does anybody recommend i powder coat them or something? im not too crazy about them but it came with the car and the white walls you see, so itll do for now, btw does any one know of a place that sells wires for the l28? the dealer wanted to sell me a whole harness ($1200) and i just need to replace like a few, as you can see... sone
http://i103.photobucket.com/albums/m125/djuniorboy/101_2477.jpg i think this is a better link
veritech-z
powder coat won't work on plastic, you have to heat it, and the plastic will warp or melt. I'd say get some wheel paint and touch them up...
