DavyZ
There's a thread about a Caddy powered Z car; nice one at that. In that thread there are links to a Cadillac performance forum (if memory serves). The engines are pretty good from what I read: forged cranks, decent flowing heads, lotsa displacement, torque monsters, etc. I'd keep the motor and do a rebuild--that and a few aluminum pieces, mmmm tasty. grumpyvette
thier very nice engines that have a few quirks, they don,t weight much more than a sbc and thier blocks better designed, the valve train in stock form sucks but you can work around that, the intake and cam needs to be changed if your serious about power http://cad500parts.com/ http://members.tripod.com/~CadillacMan/79cadpage.html
DavyZ
http://forums.hybridz.org/showthread.php?t=101463 It's amazing what a little search can do. There's another thread too. Keep the motor. Davy
