jnjdragracing
If you ever have heard a dragster run it makes a similiar noise. I think it is chassis flex, but with the short wheel base of the Z car I would say the tires are slipping. I would try a wider slick like a 9.0. This would let you know. John Oh yeah, it is because of using too much Nitrous......

Our car makes a sound like that when the slicks are to low on air pressure ( I run 10#)or the car is hazing the tires. The Zebra is a Missile, you might want to give it another nickname like NASA. In the first video did the transmission give up? Are yall still using a turbo350? Anyway it was a GREAT PASS. jerry.
gearheadstik
No...it's still going strong...the th350 that is. I plan on using a 10in on my ls1 car but will be using the zg flares...I like the way they look...Are you running a 9in with stock springs?? do they rub?? have you rolled you lip yet?? Everyone loves or hates the z at the track...I think some are jealous that the have all kinds money in their cars and can't hang...some just like to look faster than going fast....I guess. I am going to try a 28x11.5 MT ET street tires next.Zgad is running ET streets also.jerry
gearheadstik
Recap...Well the zebra ran all day Sunday trying to figure out the wowo noise and it ended up being a switch.... This was after numbers of different test and rewiring the whole system... Rip and the boys finally by-passed the throttle switch and it took care of the problem...even ran a couple 1.33 60ft times.
