GeeZ
I don't know if you guys realize it but most of the old Tommy Turbo stuff was a suck through and not a blow through, based on all the carbs I modified for his systems, many years ago. 600cfm Holley carbs, primary metering block placed on the vacum secondary side with the power valve and drilling into the carb body behind the power valve to add a brass tube that would be connected to the manifold. I might still have the jigs laying around for drilling the body on a drill press. Like I said this has been many years ago since I did the last one but if any of you are really going to get as much out of the system as you can and need some ideas on what to do with the carbs drop me a line. I actually preferred using Corky's system and making the carb as Tommy needed for his. (made an easy 365+ to the wheels). Good luck either way guys. Hang on to those. I have often thought, if I needed another carb. what the heck I would do.

I never realized he was from atlanta.
71240
I have a complete Turbo Tom's setup including intake and exhaust manifolds, modified card, Water injection tank and valve and exhaust downpipe. The exhaust parts have been jethot coated and the intake and water injection have been powder coated Turbo Tom red krinkle. In addition I have a Electromotive Tec II ingnition setup with a custom mounting bracket for the L24-28 block and a rebuilt Turbo (turbonetics). These parts were on my 71 240Z until I recently switched to a FI setup. I talked to Tom at the Walter Mitty a few years ago and he indicated that he built my original engine in the late 70's in his shop here on Atlanta. Let me know if anyone is interested in a complete ready to bolt up piece of automotive history!
