gjc5500 Posted December 29, 2006 Share Posted December 29, 2006 Crane cam's xr700 is amazing. i highly recomend it to anyone who still has points. it took me 2 hours to install and troubleshoot it. i hooked the coil up wrong. Guest Goodlette Posted February 19, 2008 Share Posted February 19, 2008 hi my name is Chris i recently got a 1980 280ZX and the previous owner gave me fireball coil and xr700 optically triggered ignition system.i put the coil and it worked, took ignition apart installed the optical trigger no luck.
