Could I get a similar paint job for about a grand, if I did sanding and masking myself? texis30O Posted February 4, 2007 Share Posted February 4, 2007 well lets see teamnissan, if you want to ship your Z to Kuwait you probabily could get a paint job for about the same but it would cost you an arm and a leg to ship it over there since you don't have a work visa or a location to ship to. Expect to pay a decent wad of cash if you want a paint job without any orange peel, mismatched paint, straight panels, no overspray.....the list goes on and on.... The old addage you get what you pay for can surely apply to painting a car. I speak from experience..... Unless you want to try to paint it yourself......
