MY77Z
hi guys, well, i've just found out that the springs i have are Tokicos, they are red with 5022-R written on them....does anybody have an idea about them? how much do they lower a Z or if they are any good or not? thanks
naviathan
They claim 1" lowering and I've heard mixed reviews on them. Some people with V8 Z's like them and other think they're too stiff.
wheelman
I have a set of those on my 240. They ride OK, not to stiff, but lowered the car much more than 1" and the fronts are progressive and the rears linear. Not what I wanted so I will be replacing mine, in fact I've already ordered a coilover set from Ground Control. Wheelman
Gavin
I have those. I think my car sits really high, and even have slightly smaller O/D wheels than stock (205/55R15). I dont think they are too stiff at all either, handles the bumps and cracks of these New England roads just fine while cornering... BTW I am using mine in combination with the Tokico HP shocks.
