randy 77zt Posted February 8, 2007 Share Posted February 8, 2007 i wouldnt use a puck clutch on the street.the clutch will actually wear a gooove in the flywheel where the pucks run.i run act sprung 400hp street clutch with with thier heavy duty standard style clutch disc.i ran a oem daiken 240mm clutch for years and never really had a problem except it overheated and slipped at the drag stip once and on a dyno run with 15psi boost.but i cam back after cooling.car had many track days at sears point,thunderhill,laguna .on a na car i would run the daiken again-it was easy to drive in traffic.
