atx_s130 Posted February 13, 2007 Share Posted February 13, 2007 1981 280zx n/a coupe my gauge lights dont work they would b4 when i ground the black wire with a red stripe on it but even after replacing fuses they still dont. is there a way to hard wire the lights into a switch if so does anyone know the wire colors from the gauges so i can jsut find em and put em on switches thanks guys. cooks240z Posted February 14, 2007 Share Posted February 14, 2007 I found this in an old thread "The instrument gages turn on with solid black connected to (-) and (+) on either red/blue or green".
