TheNeedForZ
Is there some way I can download videos from those sites. I like goggle video because almost all their videos are downloadable. I am asking this because recently my computer is having trouble playing streaming videos. For example, I click on a youtube video link, it would play for perhaps 1 minute or less, then it would not finish loading the video. All i can to is to refresh to whole page and hoping it would play longer each time. Thanks
280zwitha383
That sucks. There are a lot of programs I've tried and non of them really work that great and they're hard to find (for free). You could try Mozilla's Firefox (browser). They have all kinds of plug-ins to do pretty much anything. It might even download all of your streaming videos. I like to use it because you can open up web pages in different tabs instead of different windows. It's a pretty small download if you want to try it. http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/
cygnusx1
I find Opera has the most flexible and innovative features. As far as downloading videos. If they are Media Player based, right click, properties on the video and look for the direct url link. Paste that into your browser and sometimes it will prompt you to save it. Flash video is more difficult.
zeeboost
I've used orbit before. It's a free download - just hover the mouse over the video and a little icon pops up to allow you to download it. You can also try youtubex.com - Just go there, enter the youtube address, and it will provide a link to download the video for you.

Notice that youtube uses FLV file format, so you'll need something like VLC media player to play it. Mario
