JustinOlson
I was just thinking that it would be really sweet if we had a database of people around the Porland, Or area that are willing to share tools like welders, plasma cutters, L28 torque plate and that sort of thing. Tools that you wouldn't use all the time, but are really hand to have when you need them. I could get a bit sketchy loaning out tools to people you aren't super familiar with. It might be better to have people that could help with different portions of projects that they wouldn't normally be able to afford to pay someone to perform on their car. In my case, I am buying a Thermal Arc Tig welder this week. I would be willing to help out local datsun people with welding when I have time on the weekends. veritech-z
Paul, I'll trade you OTM for him! (oh wait, I'm not in the Oregon area...) Justin, that's a really cool idea, I sometimes feel a little isolated down here on the dangly tip of the country, maybe somebody around here should set up something like that?
