I bet it sold for good money when new. you can do the Toyota brakes w junkyard parts for less than 100 bucks or so... But don't get me wrong I would like to have this setup too... We want people to be able to have an idea of what the thread is about so that they don't have to open it to see what it is. Rotor hats like that are available from Wilwood as well as Coleman Racing and similar places. That is not the JSK setup, because JSK uses the 12.2" rotors. Looks kinda like Mike Gibson's stuff, but I think he used Outlaw calipers. Maybe Don Potter? Not sure. If everything lines up it should work great, just not quite as big as JSK or AZC stuff.
