Guest Anal Cavity
I have a Question. What are the differances between the VG30DETT turbo trans and the non-turbo trans. Also between the VG30DET turbo trans and non-turbo trans. So, I dont know differances in ratios or in strengths. Im trying to decide what trans I what to go with for my VG30DETT into my 78' 280Z swap. Thanks.

Administrators BRAAP Posted July 17, 2007 Administrators Share Posted July 17, 2007 Turd cutter, Yeah, interesting name you have there. Here is a link regarding to the Nissan Autos, including the Q-45 auto. I’ve heard there are a few guys running low 12’s doing wheel stands in their 4000+lb Q-45,s stock tranny with a few internal upgrades. http://forums.nicoclub.com/zerothread?id=26469

1FASTKINGCAB
the diffrence is in the bell housing, you will need to grind away some materal to fit a TT flywheel into a N/A bell housing. also the starter may need to be shimed out 5mm. N/A'S have 240mm flywheels and TT have 250mm flywheels. all else is the same
