tehweej
i have a 77 280z and it loses power/bogs between about 3200-3700 rpm. its more noticeable at WOT because the power diff is larger, but it is still there under partial throttle. it pulls before that rpm, bogs, then pulls really hard as it hits the powerband. ive replaced the ign. coil, cap & rotor, wires, plugs, fixed several vac leaks (not sure if ive gotten them all ><). car has 138k miles on it. it didnt do it about a week and a half ago, but now it does it constantly. i have the timing set at about 13* BTDC. i r teh confused.... tehweej
anyone? anyone? bueller? bueller? no ideas at all? somebody thought it might be the throttle position sensor, but it bogs at any throttle position. might it be the fuel delivery? are the pumps on a NA l28 2 speed? BayAreaZT
Start by cleaning all the electrical connections (AFM, injectors, ECU, etc.) That usually get the car running a lot smoother.
